Almond cookies

Makes 25 pcs

Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup almonds
2 tbsp milk1/2 cup sugar

Steps
Mix flour and butter till it resembles bread crumbs.
Mix in almonds, sugar and cardamom powder.
Knead into a soft dough using milk.
Divide into 25 small balls and line on a cookie sheet pressing with hands to thin cookie shapes.
Bake for 18 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C.
Cool for sometime before serving.

Pineapple ginger cup

Serves
3

Ingredients
3 cups vanilla ice cream
1.5 cups crumbled ginger biscuits
1.5 tbsp ginger strips
3 cps pineapple chopped
1.5 to 3 tbsp sugar

Steps
In a bowl cook pinaeapple, ginger and sugar with 0.5 cup of water till pineapple softens, and chill it.
When serving add layers of pineapple mixture, then ice cream and crumbled biscuits.
Serve immediately.
